Recently we exchanged congratulations with friends in a telephone conversation. On New Year's Eve, the lines were often busy. Now, due to the growing popularity of the Internet and special communications programs, telephone greetings have changed the format to online messages. This year, 4.5 billion people congratulated each other using the worldwide network. According to International Telecommunication Union, it is this number of active internet users, encompassing 58 percent of the global population.
