The organizer of the program, Vilnius City Municipality, points out the fact that due to the out of budget contributions the Vilnius City Municipality became the main initiator without using its additional funds.
“Vilnius in summer without children’s smiles is not Vilnius: this could be the program motto”, says one of the initiators of the program “Vilnius Children, Let’s Go Summer”, Vilnius Mayor’s Assistant, Mr. Vitas Mačiulis. According to Mr. Mačiulis, Vilnius City Municipality finds children’s occupation during the holidays to be a very important issue.
