BMI Students Will Form the New Business Face from “Hanner“

Business management school “Baltic Management Institute” (BMI) will start a course of high level management according to the Western European standards in the one of the most modern Vilnius trade center’s conference room on 31st  floor of the skyscraper “Europa” from autumn.

 

Under the contract between “Baltic Management Institute“ (BMI), predial property development company “Hanner” and company group “Penki Kontinentai”, which was signified on the 20 of May, the companies became BMI sponsors. BMI is the only Lithuanian business school which arranges high level teaching programs for managers in English according to international standards. “Hanner” and “Penki Kontinentai” will lease the conference room to BMI under beneficent conditions. BMI administration will move to the new premises in June.

 

There are all the necessary facilities for video conferences arrangement in the modern conference room, equipped by company group “Penki Kontinentai” and JSC “Hanner”. You can use video consultations, conferences, IP telephony, organize business meetings or simply enjoy yourself. The material of video conferences can be saved for later review. In the conference room not only business conferences but also business meetings can be organized, you can also receive business partners, company employees and company guests there. If you want to communicate with your friends in a more interesting and qualitative way, use the Internet camera. The area of the 100 places conference room is 179 sq. m.

 

According to JSC “Hanner” head of directorate Arvydas Avulis, the company decided to become the sponsor of the school on seeing second an idea of courses for the highest level managers in Lithuania and thus to increase the competitive ability of Lithuanian specialists in Europe. JSC “Hanner“ business center “Europa” is the highest commercial building not only in Lithuania, but also in the Baltic states. The fact is recorded in the Book of Lithuanian records.

 

On the right bank of the River Neris a new center of Vilnius is developing. A year ago “Europa“ business center was built and located in the heart of the European Square. Close to it you can find more new Vilnius accents – the modern 20-storeyed city municipality, the trade center “Europa”, the 7-storeyed underground parking-lot, also a new dwelling-house is in process of construction, from the balcony of which you will enjoy the amazing view of the capital. The center got the diploma which proves that “Europa“ is the tallest commercial building in the Baltic States, and also the center has made the top fifteen of the best world skyscrapers in a recent international skyscraper contest in Germany.

 

The business center “Europa” total facility area is 17 300 sq. m. One floor rent area is 536 sq. m. Conditioning system is provided on each floor, providing good working conditions. The modern office building is equipped according to the highest safety standards. There is a separate electricity generator, which automatically generates power in case the central provision is cut. Special fire protection measures are implemented in the building– an own water tank and particularly powerful water pumps, which can supply water to facilities located at over 100 metres altitude.

“Relocation of BMI is symbolic, – high level management study will take place in the highest building in the Baltic States, - said the chief manager of the BMI Vytas Gruodis. – The famous French daily paper “Les Echos“ acknowledges that BMI has the best reputation for the business school in the Baltic States. We are happy to move to more spacious premises. It is good for our students to have the modern auditorium with the new IT equipment, accommodated by our new sponsors – “Hanner” and “Penki Kontinentai”.

 

BMI international “Executive MBA” educational program proposed by the syndicate of Europe celebrated business schools gives the manager the opportunity to take a look at his company in European and world business perspective, and gives the chance to compete at the international market.

 

The BMI school syndicate consists of HEC School of Management, Paris, Copenhagen Business School, CBS, Louvain School of Managmenent, IAG and Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, Bergen, NHH. The Vytautas Magnus University is the BMI academical partner in Lithuania.
