Khodorkovsky to notify again election commission of Duma bid

Jailed Yukos founder Mikhail Khodorkovsky will again notify the election commission of his plans to run for a State Duma seat in Moscow's 201st Universitetsky district.

"Tomorrow, Khodorkovsky will submit his second notification to the district commission through the administration of the pre-trial detention center," lawyer Anton Drel, a member of the former Yukos CEO's defense team, told Interfax on Wednesday.
