The trade center “Europa” invites all challenge and race lovers on the 5th of June at 12 o‘clock to participate in the organized for the first time race to the highest business center in the Baltic states – 33-floreyed skyscraper “Europa”.

The crowd will be able to follow the sporting event from the European Square, where the “ÞAS” group concert will also take place. The on-line broadcast from the skyscarper‘s landing and the 31st floor terrace will be shown on the outdoorcreen. “Penki kontinentai” will relay “The race to the skyscarper „Europa““ on the internet - www.5ci.lt; www.news.lt.

The start of the race to the skyscarper “Europa“ is the European Square by the business center “Europa“ (Konstitucijos pr. 3). The finish is on open terrace of the 31st floor of the skyscarper. The runners will have to climb 1010 steps and get up to the altitude of 116 metres.  The “Europa“ exceed all Baltic business skyscapers in height – 126,1 metres. Known Lithunians in the fields of sport, business, show business will take part in the race. Some foreign businessmen expressed a wish to participate in the race.

Everybody over 18 years old can to partcipate in the extremal competitions and draw the prize – the winner cup and  a valuable “Sony” camera. There will be women and men categories and also four age categories (over 18 till 30, 30-40, 40-50, 50-100). Three last finalists will also get the prize – well-balanced complex of “Vitamax” vitamins. Illustration

The participants will start in the sequence settled by lot. The runners will get a free race singlet with the appropriate start number. The JSC “Hanner“ business center “Europa” is the highest building not only in Lithuania, but also in the Baltic states. The fact is recorded in the Book of Lithuanian records.

On the right bank of the River Neris a new center of Vilnius is developing. A year ago “Europa“ business center was built and located in the heart of European Square. Close to it you can find more new Vilnius‘ accents – the modern 20-storeyed city municipality, the trade center “Europa”, the 7-storeyed underground parking-lot, also a new dwelling-house is in process of construction, from the balcony of which you will enjoy the amazing view of the capital.

 

The center got the diploma which proves that “Europa“ is the tallest commercial building in the Baltic States, and also the center has made the top fifteen of the best world skyscrapers in a recent international skyscraper contest in Germany.
