Seven local residents, 6 men and one boy, were killed in the village of Kirov-Yurt in the Vedensky region of Chechnya on Monday, RIA Novosti was told at the headquarters of the Combined Russian Interior Ministry Forces in the North Caucasus.
The crime was committed by a group of about 20 masked men who spoke Chechen. A note written in Russian was found in the house of one of victims. It was a text of death sentence passed by so-called "The Shariat Court of Ichkeria". An investigation was launched by prosecutors.
