Some other members of the group participated in the terror acts in March and April and 30 July in Uzbekistan. In particular, Kazakhstani citizens took part in the acts. Security agents prevented the attempt of another terror act against top officials of Uzbekistan which planned to be performed till the end of 2004. 9 citizens of Kazakhstan, 4 Uzbekistanis have been arrested in the course of the special operation. The group was managed from abroad. On the sites the so-called emissaries Akhmat Bekmirzayev and Zhakshybek Biimurzayev managed the group. “According to the evidence of the arrested, their participation in the terror acts was motivated by the necessity to resist to Uzbekistani authorities who oppress the Muslim”, said Vladimir Bozhko.
