LOCATION OF THE COMPETITIONS – V. Chomicius basketball sport school base, address: Algirdo 14, Birstonas, Lithuania. TIME OF COMPETITIONS - August 8-17, 2003. SYSTEM AND GAME SPEED Swiss system, 9 rounds. Time control: with electronic clocks 1.30 hours for the whole game plus 30 seconds for each move. The tournament is registered in FIDE. Award order When two or more players gather equal points: a) the money prizes are summed up and divided equally, b) souvenir prizes’ winners are determined according to 1. Buchholz coefficient, 2. M. Buchholz coefficient, 3. Number of wins, 4. Progress coefficient. Conditons of Participation All expenses including start payment, travel, board and lodging are paid by the participant, his sponsor or drafting organization.
