Israel-Lithuania Chamber of Commerce Established

Seeking to strengthen business partnership between Israel and Lithuania the Israel and Lithuania Chamber of Commerce has been recently established in Lithuania.

The mission of the new Chamber of Commerce is to promote business between both countries, and to help Lithuanian and Israeli enterprises settle, expand and intensify business activity in the two countries.

It is expected that the Chamber of Commerce will be the organization presenting Lithuanian business environment to Israel’s business society, promoting Israel’s investments in Lithuania, as well as  refreshing other spheres of the bilateral economic partnership.

V.A. Bumelis, CEO of the Lithuanian leading biotech company Sicor Biotech, was appointed President of the new association. Sicor Biotech has been engaged in successful business relationships with Israel’s high-tech manufacturers since 2004.
