The arrest

An owner of a car repair shop in Tokushima city was arrested Sunday on suspicion of causing the death of a 23-year-old employee by confining him and refusing him access to food, police said. Based on confessions taken from Katsuyoshi Kobayashi, 45, the police have found the skeletal remains of what appears to be a man buried in an unused plot of land in the city, according to investigators.
