Inflation in Estonia 0.3% in Feb

Prices were up 0.2% for food and 0.6% for nonfood goods. Service charges grew 0.2%, the country's Statistics Department said. Inflation was 1.1% in January 2003. Inflation was 2.7% in 2002 as a whole. In the 12 months to the end of February, consumer prices rose 2.4%. The Bank of Estonia forecasts that consumer prices will rise 3.3% this year as a whole.
