A “success story”

The International Monetary Fund says Lithuania’s economic achievements are a “success story” and forecasts a 5.3% GDP growth rate this year and 6% in the years to come. According to the survey of the Lithuanian economy carried out by IMF the economic policy of the Lithuanian government makes it pssible to expect that economic grow will continue. The IMF also praises Lithuania’s decision to retain the currency board, and expects the board to remain till the introduction of the euro in Lithuania.
