The acquisition
Sweden-based pan-European telecommunications company Tele2 AB said on Monday (12 July) that it had obtained 100% ownership in and full control over its Estonian subsidiary Tele2 Holding AS, by acquiring the outstanding 10% of the shares. Tele2 Holding AS holds a 100% share in UAB Tele2 in Lithuania and a 52% share in Tele2 Eesti AS in Estonia, according to the company. The remaining share of Tele2 Eesti AS is controlled by the Tele2 group, the company added. The acquisition price was not disclosed.
