Creation of informative society is not an object of only scientific forecasts – every day this becomes more clear reality. The teacher and the school play great role in the life of the citizen of such a society. Perhaps it is obvious that in XXI century the perspective will be open only to those countries, which develop modern state information infrastructure, the citizens of which are able to use modern technologies. According to the outstanding educators, the countries of the Central Europe lag behind the countries of the West Europe by approximately 30-40 years. Lithuanian juvenile who studies in Lithuania is comparatively new Social group. These are young, 18-27 years old people who were born in the social times, but they have experienced fight for independence and disappointment.
