Published: 26 September 2018 y., Wednesday

ASHBURN International, specializing in software solutions for the POS terminal networks management, strengthens cooperation with the insurance company Gjensidige. From now on, the Lithuanian company of Penki kontinentai group will also provide services to Gjensidige operating in Latvia.

“We are glad that our solutions and services quality were highly appreciated by the international company Gjensidige, which entrusted us with another market. Our company will provide the whole services range to the Latvian Gjensidige branches — from the supply, installation and configuration of payment terminals to their constant maintenance,” says ASHBURN International CEO Žoržas Šarafanovičius. According to the agreement, ASHBURN International will provide support for the POS terminals network of Gjensidige branches in Latvia, connecting it to the Translink.iQ software platform.

The system Translink.iQ, developed by ASHBURN International, manages around 300 000 POS terminals around the world. The installed Translink.iQ solution helps remotely monitor the work, update settings and software of payment terminals, transfer transaction data to data centers. It ensures the continuous uninterrupted operation of the POS-terminals network and helps to optimize business processes.

ASHBURN International has been successfully working for more than 20 years in the field of payment terminals in the Baltics, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other countries. The company is highly valued in international markets due to its reliable and multifunctional software for POS terminals.

Gjensidige is a leading insurance company in the Nordic countries, providing services for 200 years. The company owns a third of the non-life insurance market in Norway. In the Baltic region, Gjensidige has been operating since 2006; the headquarters is located in Lithuania, the branches are in Latvia and Estonia.
