Published: 23 April 2014 y., Wednesday

From idea to solutions! This is the slogan of the 21st international exhibition of construction and repairs “RESTA 2014”, commencing on April 24. At the exhibition, which will take place in the Lithuanian Exhibition and Convention Centre “Litexpo” up until April 27, UAB “Penkių kontinentų komunikacijų centras” will be among more than 500 participants. The company shall introduce its “Smart House” solutions and offer the visitors of the exhibition to learn more about its project “Loft Town”, equipped with these smart solutions and developed in the centre of Vilnius.

At the company’s stand, visitors of the exhibition will be able to learn more about smart building management system “Smart House”, which integrates and adjusts heating, lighting, ventilation, security facilities, household appliances, etc. According to Vaidas Janulis, Head of the Smart Buildings Department of “Penkių kontinentų komunikacijų centras”, such buildings are distinguished by comfort, economy and safety. “When living or working in a smart building, there is no need to worry about turning off the light, ventilating or cooling the premises, security systems, high heating bills or other utility bills. “Smart House” system takes care of all of these issues. The system is managed by means of a computer, smartphone or tablet PC connected to the Internet”, explained the expert.

The above smart solutions have already been installed in the real estate project “Loft Town” developed in the centre of Vilnius, which will also be presented to the visitors of the exhibition “RESTA 2014”. Residents of the Loft Town already use the smart system Bill Manager.iQ, which records meter readings, provides detailed information about costs, helps to plan and control them, generates bills, allows viewing and paying them. All this ensures a convenient resource management and enables maximum savings.
