Penkių kontinentų komunikacijų centras (PKKC), part of the Penki kontinentai group, which owns the ProfIT trademark, won a tender to upgrade the IT infrastructure of all three Lithuanian state airports.

According to the contract, the company's specialists will update the existing telecommunications network as well as conduct a new one at the airports of Vilnius, Kaunas and Palanga. The IT infrastructure will be upgraded and fiber optic cables will be laid.
“It is remarkable that the company of strategic importance for the country appreciated the professionalism of our team and the high quality of our services. We are glad to contribute to the improvement of the Lithuanian airports‘ infrastructure. Our experts developed a range of services for the business ProfIT, which is designed to ensure the work and maintenance of the IT infrastructure,” says CEO of PKKC Romas Rimgaila.

ProfIT is a whole IT services complex in one place: infrastructure establishment and systems administration, virtual resource rental, computer equipment in workplace, licensing, web design and server maintenance.
CEO of PKKC argues that the high-quality IT infrastructure allows optimizing business processes and focus on the company's core business.

“Competent ProfIT specialists not only solve problems, but also improve customers’ IT systems constantly. Winning a tender confirms the high qualification of our professionals and provides additional guarantees to the clients regarding the quality and innovativeness of our services,” concluded R. Rimgaila.
