A company “Penkių kontinentų komunikacijų centras” that has been successfully operating in the sector of information technology for more than twenty years and that unifies the experience of a group of companies “Penki kontinentai” begins to provide professional IT services “ProfIT”. The basic complex of “ProfIT” IT outsourcing services includes maintenance of computer workstations, system administration, solutions for cloud technology and other IT services required by the customer and meeting the customer’s needs.

According to Robertas Ragauskas, Head of the Department of Commerce of “Penkių kontinentų komunikacijų centras”, “ProfIT” services offered to the market are attractive to rapidly growing companies with a network of remote subdivisions. “We can offer to the companies a full range of IT services: from computer maintenance, server administration to virtual resource rent. Moreover, we have a network of certified IT specialists working in different Lithuanian cities and even in other countries. This will enable the companies to save resources required for travels of the IT administrator to other cities, while employees of most remote subdivisions will be able to feel as if working in one office”, says R. Ragauskas.

Companies using “ProfIT” services will no longer need to hire a costly team of IT specialists or acquire licences and expensive computer hardware. Depending on the customer needs, the outsourcing company prepares yearly IT infrastructure management plan, ensuring smooth operation of computer hardware, network, printers, scanners and other peripherals.

R. Ragauskas believes that continuous operation of IT systems is important not only on business days and hours, but also after work and on weekends. “Prof IT” ensures smooth operation of the customer’s IT systems 24/7: qualified team of “Prof IT” specialists ensures hardware monitoring, maintenance and timely troubleshooting. Furthermore, the specialists can provide professional advice on ways to avoid incidents and optimize IT infrastructure.

High quality of “ProfIT” services is ensured through the international standard for IT service management ISO 20000 employed by the company. Customer data protection is guaranteed by the ISO 27001 certificate, certifying that the organization is able to assess the potential risks and implement appropriate control measures for the protection of confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.

Last year, the company “Penki kontinentai” became a member of “Microsoft SPLA” (licensing of cloud technology products) and continued its gold partnership (Microsoft Gold Certified Partner) with “Microsoft”. Cooperation with global IT leaders “Cisco”, “Microsoft”, “Hewlett-Packard”, “Unisys”, “Citrix”, continuous investment in staff expertise and many years of experience are indicators of professionalism and reliability of “ProfIT”.
