Baku hosted the VIII International Banking Forum 2024 (IBF 2024) dedicated to the theme “Reliable, Safe and Sustainable Banking”. At the event, BS/2 (Penki Kontinentai Group company) demonstrated updated versions of its software solutions and modern banking technologies.
The forum gathered more than 100 companies, 1000 participants, and 50 speakers, including representatives of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijan Banks Association, and leading banking and technology companies. The IBF featured interactive events and seminars on topical issues of the banking industry.
BS/2 demonstrated new versions of its software solutions:
- ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ is an ATM monitoring system with a new Dispute Manager module for prompt resolution of disputable situations.
- Cash Management.iQ – a solution for optimizing cash turnover with the new Cash Processing.iQ module.
- Payments.iQᴺᴳ – a platform with Customer Journey Map and Analytics module to improve interaction with ATM users.
- DS Center.iQ – a system for integrating data from different sources to improve decision-making.
- TransLink.iQ – a solution for transaction management on EFTPOS terminals.
In addition to software innovations, the BS/2 booth showcased hardware solutions from global partners Diebold Nixdorf, Sargent & Greenleaf, SUNMI, Magner, Teltonika, Julong, and Henkovac. Their technologies demonstrated a wide range of capabilities to improve the efficiency of banks and retailers.
Kirill Ovsiannikov, Deputy General Director for Strategic Development of BS/2, and Denis Kohaev, Head of Business Technical Support Department of JSCB “Kapitalbank” (Uzbekistan) made a report at the forum. They talked about the creation of one of the most efficient ATM networks in Uzbekistan with the help of BS/2 solutions, sharing the practical experience of technology implementation and achieved results.
BS/2 will continue to develop efficient and secure solutions for the banking sector, taking into account customer feedback and needs.
